A weekend with all possible conditions saw 7 Swifts teams in action, some in the soaring heat, and some in the pouring rain.

Non-Competitive (U7-U11)

The Under 7s are now the only side remaining to have a 100% record - goals from James Johnson (5), Hugo Hale (3), and Isaac Brook helped them to a convincing result over Launton.

Our Under 9s were unfortunate to be beaten on the road by Bampton, in an evenly matched, end-to-end game - Swifts getting on the score-sheet thanks to Noah Poole's 3rd goal of the season.

Goals from Sammy Clews and Sam McCabe helped the Under 10s to a second straight win against Brackley Athletic - a clean sheet will also go a long way in boosting the confidence going into future games.

Back at Greystones; the Under 11 Blacks were not quite at their best, missing a few players in their defeat to Garden City Rangers. Despite being a little off the pace, a brilliant strike from Alex Payne, and a free kick from Jaydon Townsend, kept the game competitive.

Competitive (U12-U16)

A first win of the Season for the Under 12s will go a long way for their confidence, particularly with two games to come this coming week (TBC) - they beat Byfield Tigers 4-3 in an entertaining game, with goals from Toby Norman (2), Henry Clements, and Joe Walsh.

Ajay Itah's 9th goal of the Season, as well as a 3rd each for both Cole Davies and Lewis Pretorius, still proved to be just not enough for the Under 15s in their game against Launton at Greystones - as they were beaten 4-3 after two late goals in a feisty affair.

The Under 16s remained unbeaten so far this season, despite a late penalty call pegging them back to a 3-3 draw at Greystones, against Banbury Irish. A goal for Felix Robertson, a penalty from Jonny Carroll, and a bullet header from Jack Williams completed the score-sheet for Swifts.
