The club need to appoint a new club secretary. We are looking for a volunteer who has confident computer skills, is a good and efficient communicator and will bring some enthusiasm to the role, within the club committee.

Main activities:
• Club affiliation and accreditation with OFA – once a year.
• Online (existing and new) player registration via the FA portal – mostly completed in August.
• Online creation of new teams via FA portal – once a year.
• Attend online pre-season league meetings in July/August and communicate important points to the club and coaches.
• First point of contact for the leagues and OFA, share and communicate important points to the club and coaches.
• Administration support for appeals and hearings – very rare.
• Attend club committee meetings – three times per year.
• Support club chair and committee in general activities of running the club.
• Support club committee in organising of end of season awards day.

Main requirements:
• Efficient and timely communicator.
• Confident computer literacy skills.
• Enthusiasm to support the club in an important volunteer role.
