1. Safeguarding and Child Welfare

Chipping Norton Swifts are committed to providing football for all children in the local area, and providing a fun, safe and secure environment for children to enjoy playing, and develop their skills both on and off of the pitch.

Swifts is an FA Accredited club, and as a result, all of our coaches are qualified to a minimum FA Level 1 standard, or are working towards this same qualification. This qualification includes specific training in safeguarding and first aid.

Our coaches are DBS checked and have completed relevant safeguarding and awareness courses through the Oxfordshire FA, to ensure the best environment for all children playing.

We sincerely hope that you and your child never have any concerns related to safeguarding, but if you do, please do not hesitate to contact our Welfare Officer Bridget Gray.
